As we approach colder winds and dry winter air, we are called to tend to our body’s largest organ: the skin. Soak up some warmth in a workshop dedicated to herbal steams — a longstanding method to open, tone and feed our delicate facial skin. We will learn how to prepare and apply herbal steams and profile four plants who aid us in this practice.
Join herbalist Andrea Jacome of cocarosa and herb worker Julia Aguilar for a session of relaxation, release, and nourishment for your skin. Come breathe deep with us on Sunday, Dec 9th!
All participants will receive materials to create their own personalized formula for herbal steams to take home with them.
